What is the Morsleben Future Fund?

The Foundation Zukunftsfonds Morsleben was established by law on July 08, 2020. The Foundation Zukunftsfonds Morsleben - or "Morslebenfonds" for short - aims to support the structural development of the Landkreis Börde as a provider of impetus and ideas and through impact-oriented project funding. The objective of the Foundation Zukunftsfonds Morsleben is to promote local development in the assisted area: This includes the Landkreis Börde and there in particular the area around the Morsleben and Beendorf pits. Your project must therefore also be located in this region or have an impact there. We are happy to support cooperations in this context and look forward to networking.

Monument protection, culture, local recreation and tourism

Nature conservation, climate protection

 

Timing

The duration of the application process depends on the amount of the planned grant and on the decision dates of the responsible foundation body. The committees of the Foundation Zukunftsfonds Morsleben decide several times a year on incoming project inquiries and project applications.

Important: Do not start before you have the signed grant agreement in your hands. Retroactive funding is not possible!

 

What we do not fund

Before submitting your project request, find out whether your project is eligible for funding. Some criteria exclude funding. These include mandatory municipal tasks, projects in the areas of schools, kindergartens and fire departments, as well as printing costs, direct business development and clothing.
